If you have a question which you don't see the answer posted here simply contact us and we will do our best to answer your question directly.

How long will it take to receive my order?
In the U.S. you should receive your order in 3-5 business days not including holidays. Most international orders are received within 7-14 days. We cannot control the local customs in your country, therefore some orders may take longer.

Is my package discreet when it arrives?
Yes, all orders are shipped in discreet packaging to maintain your privacy.

How can I order the product(s) I want?
It is very simple and conveinent to order from Better Total Health. You may order by clicking on the blue "Buy" button Buy Now next to the product you wish to order and pay securely online with a major credit card. U.S. customers may also order through the mail with a check from a U.S. bank or with a U.S. Company issued money order. When ordering through the mail please remember to include the proper shipping and handling for your order and please allow two weeks for checks to clear. You may also order directly via telephone.
